At Nebula Investments, he supports the M&A team to navigate compliance regulations, while his deep expertise will ensure smooth listing processes. Yasser has contributed to corporate governance, compliance management, M&A documentation, and company listings across multiple industries, including mobility and financial services.

Yasser is a Qualified Corporate Secretary (ICSI), holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce, in addition to pursuing his Bachelor of Legislative Law and CIS Affiliate with the UK’s Chartered Governance Institute.
